Our Ethiopian coffee is rich with flavors of fruit and rich dark chocolate. With hints of blueberry, cocoa, and even a touch of cinnamon and cardamon, this robust coffee is packed with flavor.

Region: Unlike most regions of the world where coffee is grown in structured farms, most coffee in Ethiopia is grown in the wild. Wild coffee undergoes a drying process where the coffee fruit dries on the bean, imparting unique coffee flavors that are unique to the region. African coffee has extremely diverse flavor profiles, however, Ethiopian coffee specifically, can be described as spicy, fruity, and floral.
